line. Supply controls and drives for the rotary cutter.
2) Four roll rotary cutters for hard and semi-sweet doughs.
The rolls have phase lock drives to accurately hold register.
Air pressure is used to rapidly lower the rolls to stop production.
Handwheel or servo adjustment is provided on the cutter and
embossing roll pressures.
