1) Modification of an existing cutting machine by the addition
in line of a rotary moulder. Re-design the feed system for
the new arrangement to give multiple point dough delivery.
Control system and panel modified accordingly.
2) Remove an eddy current type coupling from rotary moulder
drive and replace it with a PIV mechanical gearbox. Modify
rotary moulder sideframes on site to provide drive belt access.
3) Soft dough rotary moulder development. The key design areas
were the dough hopper, roll impressions, roll heating/conditioning
facility, roll impression coatings, moulding roll knife, forcing
roll/moulding roll geometry, rubber roll, extraction web and
provision of separate drives for web and forcing rollers.
